My Gestational Diabetes Diet

My next food goal needs to be taking in less calories.  I lost an immediate 5 pounds doing gluten free, but I gained 2 back because I was going overboard with the chocolate covered nuts.  oops.

Breakfast:

Fight the cold smoothie- berries, pineapple, coconut milk, greek yogurt, green juice, protein powder, omega 3 oil, vitamin D, probiotics

Coffee and Creamer

Snack:

I made Cuban Hash and it is cooking in the crockpot, but I had to have some now.  I’ve had about 2 cups of it.  beef, spaghetti sauce, olives, onions, garlic, dates, and spices.

Lunch:

Lots of Chocolate

Snack:

too much chocolate

Dinner:

Philly Cheesesteak stuffed peppers

potatoes

Snack:

more chocolate (God help me.  I ate 2 days of calories in dark chocolate today!)
