Breakfast:

Coffee and Creamer

1 healthy banana muffin

Lunch:

Spinach salad, with cucumbers, goat cheese, almonds, and thai peanut sauce

tortilla chips and salsa

Dark chocolate and peanuts

Dinner:

PEI WEI-

I had the caramel chicken and rice with a vietnemese salad roll.  so good.  and sparkling water with orange slices (my new fav)

Snack:

I made these snack bars.  Ingredients: pecans, butter, coconut sugar, coconut, dark chocolate chips, and coconut cream.  Mmmm….. kinda fattening, but healthy ingredients.
