Umm….I am such a yo yo when trying to lose weight. I think I actually gained weight since my last post in January. oops… We are trying to sell our house and we have to leave the house with our two babies everytime someone schedules a showing, so we have gotten in the habbit of eating fast food and warm up crap when the showings are around dinner time.
One of my facebook friends posted a challenge to change one thing about your eating and one thing about your excercise in the month of February. I have decided to be gluten free in Feb. I am also going to do some sort of excercise 5 days a week, even if it is small. Just a few push ups or a short walk counts.
Today’s food was high in calories, but healthy. My parents are visiting and I cooked alllllll day!

(sides- greek yogurt, cider cucumbers, black beans, cilantro)
sweet potato and carrot fries
pears and strawberries dipped in dark chocolate and pistacios
banana muffin (no sugar)
