It’s time to reign in this out of control diet. The holiday travels has ruined me. I somehow have continued to lose baby weight though. Baby River Joy is 4.5 months old and I am 32 pounds lighter than at birth. I am currently 67ish pounds. I would like to lose 10-15 more pounds by Spring. I would love to be in the 140s when I stop breastfeeding at River’s 1st birthday.
So far this week, I have taken our first walk since October 27. I have changed my diet to eat whatever you want whenever you want to a controlled low calorie diet.
1 cup raisin bran
1/2 cup 1% milk
coffee and creamer
chips and salsa
refried beans and rice
1 piece of thin crust pizza (about 200 calories)
spinach salad with ranch
Le Croix soda water
2 small chocolate covered almond cookies
Not bad. Not great. But, its a whole lot better than I have been doing. Proud to say that I’m not a diabetic. Sad to say that I’ve been eating like one. I want to keep my life sugar free to help fight my lean towards diabetes.
