Before I found out that I had high blood sugars, I was eating 2 whole grain waffles with nutella and strawberries. After I found out, I decided I would need some accountability, so this blog is all about me writing down what I eat. I can’t find any helpful menu plans for gestational diabetes online, so I will start one.
I walked 2 miles and did some upper body work
- butter beans fried with Italian dressing and peanuts.
- 8 black cherries
- celery and 1TB peanut butter
- carrots cooked in fresh orange juice
- Low carb bread and butter
- 8 animal crackers
- tortilla chips and salsa
- 1/4 cup of nuts
